The color, the taste (don’t look at me like that, you all tasted blood before. Loose Teeth!), the texture, the way it stains the skin and how some people are really squeamish when they see the red liquid.
Why Blood Is So Amazingly Awesome (To Ruth):
- The Color. It’s a very dark red and when it dries, it’s a brown. The fact that it’s red is a win in itself. RED IS THE BEST.
- It has a metallic taste to it. Not saying that’s a plus because I really don’t enjoy things that taste like rust but is it weird to say that I miss the taste? Yes, ok then. Strike that comment.
- Sometimes it feels sticky and other times it feels like water. It’s feels like a lubricant really. I know that sounds wrong but i have no other way to describe it. When you have on your skin, it’s a coating. I really like the feel of it.
- THE WAY IT DRIPS DOWN. That ‘s just the best part of it. I’m in love with the way the blood drips down from your chin or finger tips. The trail is just so fucking mesmerizing and don’t even get me started on the little amazing splatters it makes especially on white tile.
- Oh, you got me started. The way the drops of blood just land whatever surface they land on is just… wow. It’s just like paint splatter, the only difference is that blood is one dark color. The way the drops just spreads out when it collides with the surface, it’s just beautiful. That’s art to me.
Favorite places to see blood:
- Trialing down your arm and dropping off of your finger tips.
- Splattered on a white surface. Sink, tile floor or wall.
- Trickily down the sides of your mouth and somehow finding it’s way to the middle of your chin and dripping off.
I take a lot of time thinking about this stuff that it’s kinda scary. Sometimes I even take grape juice, hold a little bit of the juice in my mouth and let it fall through my parted lips, making it fall down my chin just to see how it would be if I was a vampire. I mean what?
