One perk of living in New York City....

Seeing one of your favorite bands plastered around the subway. ^_^

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, that is My Chemical Romance (Or Frank and Gerard) gracing the A train with their blocked faces and blurry bodies for the New York Times. Isn't it a sight to see?

It was weird though, since I'm not used to My Chemical Romance being plastered around New York City, but I didn't even get to see it clearly the first time. Amanda was the one to point it out. No literally, she just pointed at the ad, no words being able to form in her head, while Delaney and I sat with our backs to it. The doors had closed and I noticed Amanda was still standing. She was just pointing at the ad, smashing her finger against the plexi-glass as if she was saying 'LOOK ! LOOK!'

I looked at the ad, saw a flash of red hair, and grinned widely before hitting Laney to look at it. Once the MCR fan saw it, Amanda and Delaney squealed in the train while I tried my best to keep my composure. Delaney took a few photos of it and when went the whole train ride to 42nd street craning our necks to see the ad behind us. We figured out that the picture was from the concert we all went to (12/3/10) and freaked out about that too. It was just AWESOME to see them up there. NYT did not credit MCR but we knew who they were. ♥
